WHEAT SPAGHETTI

I know a few people who just love spaghetti to bits. If you've chosen the healthy life but still love your spaghetti, you can try the wheat spaghetti. It's low in carbohydrates compared to the normal spaghetti and you can absolutely make healthier to suit you. I made this using the usual culprits which are carrots, green beans, green bell peppera,pumpkin leaves, coconut oil, shredded coconut,onions, tomato, fish, pepper and salt. I added coconut water and shredded coconut to the boiling spaghetti for that sweet intense coconut flavor. It's not too much so just try it. I'm very sure you'd like it.
