LUNCH INSPIRATION - OKRA

It's not everyday carrot, mushroom, green beans. Sometimes simple okra does the magic.
Ingredients- okra,fresh pepper,tomato,onion,stock fish,chicken,salt.
1) Boil the chicken. Remove the skin before boiling.
2) Add the stock fish when the chicken is cooked.
3) In a separate pan, add a table spoon of palm oil, add the onion,pepper and tomato at the same time. When it's almost cooked, add the chicken and stock fish to it and stir. Finally, add the okra and salt. Cook for just a minute and its ready.
Note- becareful when adding water while boiling so you don't end up with a runny finish.
