OKRA

A lot of people don't know this but okra is really healthy and good for you. It contains antioxidants and vitamins which are good for your body. I noticed a lot of people add so much oil while cooking theirs. Oil contains cholesterol which shouldn't be consumed often and in large quantity. I cooked mine with just two table spoons of oil and it's perfect. Portion control is everything if you're trying to lose weight or just live a healthier life style.
